Below is the information you will need in order to begin the leasing process! 

Step 1: Get pre-qualified and schedule your showing to view the property(s)

Step 2: Reserve your property by putting down the deposit and app fees! Prior to processing your lease, each adult will be required to submit a $35.00 processing fee. 

Please have the following items ready before applying:

• Last 2 addresses and Landlord Contact Information
• Employer and Previous Employer: Name, Contact, Start Date, Salary
• Dependent Information
• Emergency Contact Information

Have the following documents ready to submit to the Leasing Agent when applying:

• I.D. (drivers license, i.d. card, passport, etc.)
• 2 months of Paystubs or Income Verification
• Copy of Renters Insurance (if applicable) 
• Pet Pictures (if applicable)
• Current Vet Records (if applicable)
